Avocado Smoothie Recipe  

Ingredients: Gather a ripe avocado, peeled and pitted, along with a ripe banana, spinach or kale leaves, milk (dairy or plant-based), honey or maple syrup for sweetness, and optionally, Greek yogurt for added creaminess.

Preparation: Place the avocado, banana, greens, milk, sweetener, and yogurt (if using) into a blender.

Blending: Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if needed.

Taste Test: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Optional Ice: For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes to the blender and blend until incorporated.

Serving: Pour the smoothie into glasses and optionally garnish with avocado slices or chia seeds for texture.
